90% of women have at least 1 risk factor for heart disease

Early heart attack signs are missed in 78% of women

2/3 of heart disease research is done on men, and women in Canada are less likely to receive care from a cardiologist, or be referred for aggressive diagnostic tests or treatments

Heart & Stroke Foundation 2018 Heart Report

It’s obvious, women are victims of a system that has not yet caught up with women’s reality of heart disease, and women are dying UNNCESSARILY.

I don't want this to be you! That's why I've created this program.

The content contained in this program is the same content I share with my patients who see me 1:1, for less than the cost of an initial visit. I want you to get a head start, so I’ve packaged it into 5 weekly modules that I will teach you, live. Each week will cover one key pillar and provide actionable steps you can start right away. I want to take away the overwhelm so I will be teaching you exactly what to do and how to do it!

Here is what you will be learning...

FP image cross roads

right now you are at a juncture and the health of your heart can unfold in 2 ways

Option 1

You can continue as you are, googling information on the internet, talking to friends and family, and trying to sort through the overwhelm to 'figure it out' on your own. In the end not knowing where to start.

Option 2

You confront the overwhelm and invest in yourself. Take actionable, strategic steps to start moving your heart and overall health to a new level. Learn science-backed strategies and start implementing them once and for all.

How would your life be different if you...

  • Knew how you might be at risk for heart disease and walk away with the tools to prevent it
  • Could share your knowledge with your loved ones to help reduce their risk
  • Knew what foods to eat regularly that taste good without spending hours meal planning
  • Had more sustained energy
  • Were getting more hours of quality sleep
  • Felt more in control during periods of stress

I have literally worked in the trenches.

For the past 19 years I have worked along side those who have been devastated with heart disease. I have educated hundreds of patients on evidence-based strategies to reduce the risk of heart disease. I have also seen patients come in time and again for heart procedures because they didn't take their heart health seriously enough or were just not provided the support they needed to change their heart health trajectory.

I have a steadfast commitment to additional learning in the field of women's cardiovascular care.

Through my years of working as a registered nurse and naturopathic doctor, I have gained a deeper understanding of the causes of cardiovascular disease and risk factors beyond the traditional medical model. You are not a man and deserve a woman-specific approach. I understand women's unique risk and where the system fails women.

I try to keep it real.

I don't have time to spend hours in the kitchen making fancy meals, or spending hours working out. And I know you probably don't either. So I will teach you exactly where you need to start and how to implement the most important strategies amidst the busy-ness of your days.

What past participants are saying...

"Who knew there is so much to learn and understand which can easily be applied to your everyday life! From clear and easy-to-navigate presentations to worksheets that reflected what was learned and discussed. Having the opportunity to speak with other women during these webinars about their personal heart health goals was key in understanding the ‘big picture'".

“I joined Dr. Olivia’s course last year and I loved every minute of it! Her modules were extremely informative and she kept me engaged the entire time. When she discussed each topic in more depth she was extremely concise and never had me feeling lost with all the technical terminology. Anyone taking this course will leave with a sense of empowerment and prepared to take charge of their own health and well-being with confidence!”
