WHY SHOULD YOU TRUST ME?
For the past 19 years I have worked along side those who have been devastated with heart disease. I have educated hundreds of patients on evidence-based strategies to reduce the risk of heart disease. I have also seen patients come in time and again for heart procedures because they didn't take their heart health seriously enough or were just not provided the support they needed to change their heart health trajectory.
Through my years of working as a registered nurse and naturopathic doctor, I have gained a deeper understanding of the causes of cardiovascular disease and risk factors beyond the traditional medical model. You are not a man and deserve a woman-specific approach. I understand women's unique risk and where the system fails women.
I don't have time to spend hours in the kitchen making fancy meals, or spending hours working out. And I know you probably don't either. So I will teach you exactly where you need to start and how to implement the most important strategies amidst the busy-ness of your days.
